For the past 25 years, Dr. Laura Miller has been transforming smiles along the shoreline and has had the privilege of caring for multiple generations of families.
Dr. Miller began her academic journey by obtaining an honors degree in Biochemistry from Manhattanville College. She then pursued her dental education at Georgetown University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1990. While at Georgetown, she received additional training in treating temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ).
As the guiding force behind Coastal Dental Solutions, Dr. Miller is committed to providing exceptional care to every patient she treats.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of New Haven with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Office Management. She has worked in the dental field since the age of 16 and can’t imagine doing anything else! Her love of dentistry came from her late mom Dr. Pat Carta, a former Pediatric Dentist in Middletown. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, niece, nephews, and dog Cooper. Kelly will be happy to help you with appointment scheduling, insurance, and any financial concerns you may have; she aims to make the most of your time with us.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Courtney came to Connecticut to attend The Fones School of Dental Hygiene at The University of Bridgeport. She graduated at the top of her class in 2009 and has been practicing full time ever since. She brings 25 years of experience within the dental field in both front and back office roles. Courtney enjoys seeing patients of all ages and utilizing the latest technology to keep your mouth healthy. She lives in Madison with her husband, three boys, and two dogs. In her spare time she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
Andrea’s ability to treat periodontal disease painlessly is her key to success. Her continuing desire to learn more has led to her love of Zoom whitening as well. She is an expert in getting your teeth not only healthy, but white! Andrea received a full academic scholarship to Fones School of Dental Hygiene and graduated magna cum laude in 1999. In 2005, she was one of the first dental hygienists to be licensed to administer local anesthesia. Andrea enjoys hiking and boating with her husband Gary and son.
Nicole is the newest member of the team and Dr. Miller’s assistant. Born and raised a Jersey girl but has found her new home in Connecticut. She attended the Dental Assisting School of Ocean County in Forked River, NJ in 2014, and has almost 10 years of experience. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry from simple fillings to full cosmetic makeovers and giving people the confidence to smile again. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, cooking & baking, discovering new coffee shops & restaurants with her boyfriend, and spending time with family and friends.
